1. Upload the google-shortlink folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin via the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Plugin settings are located in “BWS Panel” > “Google Shortlink”.
4. Plugin page is located in main menu.
5. Enter your API key for goo.gl account on plugin options page.
