Adds quality switch functionality and automatic embed code generation to the wordpress video player.

Upload the unzipped folder switch-video-quality to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
It all happens in the post editing screen. Switch Video Quality has no global settings (but there are some filter hooks available to make global settings).
