Asgaros Forum is a lightweight and simple forum plugin for WordPress.

Download Asgaros Forum.
Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/asgaros-forum directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
On the left side you will see a new admin menu called Forum.
Configure your Asgaros Forum options, create your Categories and Forums.
Create a new page for your forum to display on and add the shortcode [forum] to this page. Save your page.
Add this page to your menu so you can access the forum.
Done!
