installing and using buddypress-profile-visitors is easy:

Upload /buddypress-profile-visitors/ to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Done. Now you can see profile views and recent visitors on members account page.
