How to Install JotForm Feedback Button Plugin, Manually

1. Download repo’s tarball/zip and extract it to your WordPress’s Plugins folder ({wordpress-folder}/wp-content/plugins)
2. Enter your WordPress Administrator panel (http://my-wordpress.url/wp-admin)
3. Activate plugin under Plugins section
4. Go to settings page of plugin (Settings -> JotForm Feedback Button)
5. Enter your form ID (or select with magnifier icon from your JotForm account)
6. Customize if you need anything (colors, position, button title etc)
7. Save your settings
8. Hola, your feedback button is ready on all pages 🙂
