How to Install User Tags Plugin, Manually

1. Upload the wp-user-taxonomies folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Go to Taxonomies under Users option to create taxonomies for User
