How to Install User Tags Plugin, Manually
- Upload the
wp-user-taxonomiesfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to Taxonomies under Users option to create taxonomies for User
