How to Install WP Live Chat Support – Zendesk Add-on Plugin, Manually
- Ensure that you have WP Live Chat Support installed and activated
- Install the WP Live Chat Support – Zendesk Add-on and activate it
- Enter your Zendesk API credentials in the Live Chat->Settings page
- During a live chat session, you will now notice a new button that allows you to convert the chat to a Zendesk ticket
