How to Install CM Maps Routes Manager Plugin, Manually

1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Add a Google API key.
4. Add as many routes as you want. Each will have it’s own route page and will show up on the index map
5. There are a handful of other optional preferences available in the dashboard.
