WordPress versions: WordPress 2.7 or higher.

How should I setup ClickDesk’s WordPress live chat button for my site?

It’s very simple. Just follow the easy steps listed below

• Install and activate this plugin
• Click on the ‘ClickDesk live chat’ tab on the left side bar of your dashboard. Click ‘Go to dashboard’, Signup and login.
• Your plugin gets immediately activated upon login and the livechat box appears on your wordrpess website.
• Add an agent and verify by accepting the contact bots received on your Google talk IM or Skype.
• Agent can also take chats from the agent panel.
• Click on ‘Add HelpDesk’ if you would like to enable the built-in help desk feature.
