How to Install WordPress Advanced Ticket System, Elite Support Helpdesk Plugin, Manually
This WordPress ticket system plugin is almost plug and play :
- Install the plugin directly from the Extensions menu installer or by uploading the plugin files to the server.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to plugin configuration page (Menu : Settings > WATS Options).
- Go through each of the options pages and set the options according to your needs.
